We all think that a whole bunch of things are left that we want to achieve in our lives. New year brings us an opportunity to reflect upon our past and plan for our future, and above all it acts like a catalyst as we are always excited about trying new things at fresh times. Even though it is an superficial impose change, but when we programme our minds consciously or subconsciously we get that motivation to do that as in the case with the new year. So how to get what you want this year or how to increase the chances of getting it. I have devised a plan similar to one I got in an email but then I edited most of it =p to make it more realistic.

1) You need to have a dream. If you are dreamless then you're dead so betta start imagining your vision.

2) Think good thoughts. Your vibrations attract the result. If you will think negative then you won't take that extra step and the result will be failure without any thought. I have already wrote much about it the blog before.

3) Discover your potentials. Deposited within every one of us isa huge deposit of diamond that we all need to discover. Lifebecomes easy for us if we are able to discover our potentials andmake use of them.

4) Believe in yourself. Everything is going according to the plan devised above but if you don't believe yourself and how will you convince others about it. You betta believe your ideas and your potentials and everything related to make others believe.

5) Learn, learn and learn! There is no shortcut. You gotta see how much you have achieved. Enjoy that slice of success and then don't sit down. Exercise! Exercise your mind. Try to learn from others who are sincere. People who critique you to underestimate you and there words doesn't weigh power just let those words enter one ear and get out in a second from the other. Also try to learn what good you and your God want to say to you. That gives motivation.

6) Never give up! Troubles and difficulties in your path is waiting for you to get slipped. But then you should be rock solid hard. Nothing comes easy in life, but then it doesn't mean that it never comes at all, you just gotta word hard and those stones will automatically shed into sand.

7) Action and Faith. Of what use is a dream thatis not backed with ACTION? It is better not to dream at all thanhave one and not act on it. Acting on one's dream is whatmakes the difference. Your dreams can become a reality if youcan ACT on it.Nothing will bring you result apart from action! If you are not ready to act, then you are not prepared to reap the reward. Do your best, have faith in God and let Him decide and do it all for you after you have done yoru part.

I wish you all a very Happy, Successful and Prosperous New Year.

Now go party and do some work from 2nd, no later or else you'll sulk. But you can start dreaming just now.

=)

Smile does it for everyone. I was watching television and a HIV+ person was being interviewed. When the interviewer asked him about people's attitude towards him. He started by saying that the media and health agencies scare people more instead of alerting them. I saw tears in his eyes, he was crying from inside and looking that I cried too. I just know. People say eyes speak and I always thought how rubbish but they do I ealized it today in a strange way. Back to the topic. I guess you know what AIDS it correctly, if not then do some research. We know that we have to be safe, be informed and be alert. But have we ever thought of the person who has already been affected. Who knows it was his/her mistake or not. If s/he committed a mistake so what. They are afterall human. Don't we need to care or atleast shutup. It is the society's attitude which kills even more. Such patients already go with so much emotional and psychological turmoil that people make it even worse when they try to throw them out. We are scared because we are not informed and above all we are scared to question.

That was a patient. Hate disease and not the patient. The day is just a small reason to convey the most important message. This is not only about that patient. Many of us doesn't even know a single HIV+ person in our lives but there are other human beings to whom we hurt them with our attitudes and harshness. I also do. Such a shame. Would you ever want tears in someone eyes?! If it was so painful for me to see that person crying then how sad would people actually feel. Just think. Don't hurt anybody, Raheel you listen too and also act on improving it. I also learned one more thing that receiving a smile even from a stranger feels so good.

Please pass on the message.

If thoughts are strong, then actions also can be.

As both of us has limited time so I keep it as short as possible.

Life is cruel as we all know rather assume. You have to accept that it isn't that bad. It is us ourselves which limits our capabilites to achieve and fight back. We always think that we can't do this, it won't happen, how would I deal with all this? Don't even underestimate yourself, if you want you can but you are never ever allowed to underestimate the human inside you. The creature which God created with love, has so much power, endurance and ability in it but nothing comes for free. You gotta have an Optimistic attitude and Positive view over life to be that being in real sense. Replace can't with can and see the magic. Simple law of nature, if you think you can't, you just can't. Negativity attracts nothing. Positive attracts every Good thing. If you think negative/low, you have already lost the battle before it has even started. Dream big, it doesn't cost a penny and then be realistic and work hard to achieve it. Even accept failures and learn from it. Failures and Sacrifices is a step of the success ladder. Without it you just can't reach. It needs courage and hell lotta self-respect but then if you have faith in yourself and in God then YOU CAN, JUST DO IT! Every experience helps us to know ourself better and we learn not much then something from it. Then why do we don't do what we want to do? Maybe it is fear. Fear of anysort is a fear. Fears do have reasons. Reasons which are mostly illogical. Have you seen Lage Raho Munna Bhai and the song Chaar Aaney? In that movie, there was a side character, an old man who thought he has wasted his whole life with doing things which other people needed him to do. Now in his old age, he wanted to do things which he himself wanted to do. If your actions doesn't hurt or harm anyone then there is no problem in doing those things. Society is there to say things, you have to live with it but if those opinions are generalized, baseless, illogically conservative then you don't have to agree with it. Do you thing because people are there to talk rubbish so they will do it anyways. Understanding people don't. Have your stand, enjoy life but don't harm others nor URSELF!

PS: Do listen to Aaney Chaar Aaney song, if you understand urdu/hindi. This might not turned out as well written piece but it is coming straight from the heart. I can guarantee you on this. It is about hobbies. Many of us have hobbies. Many of us don't. First of all it is very important to have a hobby. It helps relaxing your mind and body. But do you want to improve its benefit factor then try having hobbies which are also intellectually enriching and fulfilling if self-satisfaction is concerned. It is good to play video games or cook as a hobby. But wouldn't it be better if those games are something related to your mental capacity or being little creative with your dishes. Photography, Reading, Writing, Dancing, Community work, Music, Painting, Gardening and the list is endless. These are constructive activities. Sometime we are so messed up with our work and we can't hold interest in our practical life then these jobs(I call them jobs because these are also vital) can also provide you a sense of satisfaction that you are doing something worth it. Like I might not be that much happy with my accounting studies but then Photography, reading and writing gives me a sense of achievement and also satiates my creative side.

Meethi Eid Main Meethey Rawaiye Apnaye

Sab ke saath eid manaye aur apni khushiyon ko doosron ke saath baantey nahi balke barhayein http://raheel07.deviantart.com

Let it go!

Many of us has a certain type of disease which is worry or I name it as 'Calling for trouble Virus'. We are so prone to think about things which haven't taken place in advance, some of them will never happen for sure. Like we might think about illness and then tell exaggerate or complain about it to others 24/7 without thinking upon our wellbeing and in the end we only get Illness because we SO think about it.

If we think about negative things which aren't there in our lives and worry about it without any reason then we are saying to God please give this problem to me. We are calling for trouble. This is how nature works. If you think bad, your body and mind will surely get its share of bad side-effect. Do you remember the research about effects of your behaviour on water? If not then read this again.

The bottom line is that don't worry just let it go, be happy, life is to short to waste time on this, keep praying and have strong faith in God. It can be true for any place where some tradegy that hit still previals. You can make difference by donating to the places mentioned in the sidebar or to any individual who needs your help. Whenever you ask someone about their life, usually the spit the same word busy/hectic/stressed with no damn time. Is it really a case? I know life is stressful and busy but who are responsible for it?!; maybe us, maybe our unrealistic needs or simply our mindset. The thing is that what free time we do get, we don't use it a effectively.

If a machine has alot of friction then we use grease to reduce it. Similarly when our mental health has alot of friction a.k.a. Stress then we have to reduce it by any means but then the question arises what will be the grease for us? The problem is that we know but we have never realized that there is a beautiful endless world awaiting for us and to reach it we only have to close our eyes for few minutes after which we will see our life with eyes open and with a different perspective for sure. The grease surely is Meditation, Prayers and Imagination. Taking up a hobby with it can make it even exciting like reading, painting, composing music or anything plain creative.

Worrying itself will never help, the thing which will help is your Faith on God that he will fix everything. So next time when you feel stressed out after a long hard day just close your eyes, not for sleep idiot but for a relaxing and profound meditation.

A lil dose of inspiration

Even if people around you sting

There was this person who saw a scorpion floundering around in the water. Why should I give up my nature to love just because it is the nature of the scorpion to sting?"

Don't give up loving.
Don't give up your goodness.
Even, if people around you sting.

-Unknown

Hazards of Multi-Tasking

I found it very useful:

Dear Reader,
Have you ever stopped in the middle of a sentence because you lost your train of thought? That happened to me just the other day, and it was a bit embarrassing. Well, if that has happened to you, don't worry, my friend. You may not be experiencing a "senior moment" -- it was probably a case of too much multitasking.
I've been noticing more and more reports on research on the effects of too much multitasking. Evidently you can develop short-term memory problems, or have difficulty concentrating, or have gaps in your attention. And that's not to mention experiencing stress or even physical symptoms, such as a stomach ache or headache.
And it appears that trying to do two or three things at the same time or in quick succession can actually take longer than simply doing them one at a time! This is because when your attention is split, you have less "brainpower" to do each task, and it takes your brain longer to switch from one thing to another. It's rather like that old Italian proverb, "Often he who does too much does too little."
At any rate, I've developed a little game plan to help me out for those times when I start to feel overwhelmed with the quantity of tasks I need to get done. Maybe it could be helpful for you too. Here it is:
1. Make a list of those things you need to do. Be sure to cross off each one when it is done.
2. Finish what you start. The minute your mind starts drifting off to yet another task, just bring your focus back to what you are doing. If you missed putting that task on your list, write it down, and then get back to the business at hand.
3. Turn off or get away from any distractions – radio, television, phone, computer, pager, etc.
4. Take a break. You'll come back refreshed and better able to devote your full attention to the task at hand.
And remember, the first rule of focus is, "Wherever you are, be there."
-Rochelle

Wisdom on the bus or...

It is friday so here I am to spread the hope and positive vibes through this blog.

Last week something happened which can change/improve not only my life but yes also yours, after reading this post. I travel by public transport for college and as we all know that life is so busy that we usually dont get ample time to do various things we want to during a span of a day so I usually read a course book or any other book during the journey.. only if I am lucky to get a vacant seat =P which mostly I do.

As usual I was reading my book, while doing that an uncle came and asked me to hold his diary as he was standing. Soon he got a seat behind me. He thanked me for holding his belongings and asked me, "Are you still studying?" I asked in affirmation. It is very odd for people in my country i.e. Pakistan to read books in a bus.. they feel it is very nerdy, again if there is 40% literacy rate which is obviously an overrated figure then you can't expect anything else but his words had a certain different tone to it. Following it he said this, "Do you want me to give you an advice for getting clever fast?" I said, "Hmm." as I don't like to talk to people/strangers in bus.

This was his reply, "Just sit with the people which are older than you and you will become clever very fast. I just did that mistake. (period)" I first found it very stupid but as soon as I gave it a second thought, I got exactly what he wanted to say but I did think and I still do that this statement requires an explanation or say deep interpretation. My stop came just in few minutes and before my departure the old man wished me good luck and I smiled back to him.

The thing is that age brings experience with it and if our social circle has people who are elder than us than not only we can learn from their experiences and prepare ourselves better for the world and its challenges but also it helps us to make good choices and contacts. I guess being in the circle of intellectuals and please not nerdy but the people with enlightening opinions and perspective is always an advantage whether they are younger or older than you because it opens your mindset about certain issues and you get familiar with so many new idea. When we talk about same age conversations there are two sides of it. It helps us in dealing with ourselves in the present time because we might feel same at that age or have same responsibilites et cetera but the other side to it is that it can be a great wastage of time because of all the fun and gossip factor so it is really important to be wise in choosing your company in order to be wise.

So the bottom line is that your observation and listening skills do help you in getting wisdom; and people can learn so much from a good company and experiences.

I GOT THIS IN AN EMAIL.. AN ADVICE WITH A GREAT PERSPECITVE. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF I SHARE THIS WITH YOU :)

Dear Raheel,

A friend was telling me the other day about how she was talking to her mother on the cell phone as she was driving on her way home from work, when suddenly her mother said, "You know, you never call me except when you're driving around. It's as if you're squeezing me in and don't want to take the time to call me properly when you're at home."

Well, needless to say, my friend was taken aback. She never thought of it that way before. Have you had an experience like that, Raheel? It seems as if we often don't give our full attention to people when we communicate with them.

I know, for myself, I often find myself doing some other task, like watering the plants or washing dishes, as I talk on the phone to someone. Maybe it's because we tend to get caught up in the idea of "multi-tasking," and we feel we just don't have the luxury of doing one thing at a time. (And wouldn't you know it -- nine times out of ten, when you split your attention as you multi-task, all of those tasks you're trying to squeeze in aren't done as well as if you had simply devoted your full attention to one and got it out of the way, and then proceeded to the next.)

But no matter what, our communications with others deserve our full attention. After all, it's how we connect to others, develop relationships, and share information and a part of ourselves. As the author Herman Melville has said, "We cannot live only for ourselves. A thousand fibers connect us with our fellow men; and among those fibers, as sympathetic threads, our actions run as causes, and they come back to us as effects."

As for me, I'm rethinking how I communicate. How about you?

Fit for body, heart, mind and soul

Being fit is a very important thing because it not only helps you in your worldly tasks but it helps you in feeling good for yourself which increases your self-esteem and helps you also in mental activites and spiritual duties. Exercise, Meditation and Soul-searching is very important for emotional health. In addition, if you are fat then you gotta lose those pounds. I know it is not easy but if I can do it then I am sure you can too.. AFTER WHICH MY LIFE WAS NEVER THE SAME!! So I am here to guide you because you all mean alot to me and above all to your family.

Let me tell ya that if you are looking for a miracle in this post, you will be highly disappointed. There is no shortcut of losing weight. First of all, let me clearify this myth that vibrators or gels do wonders in weight loss, they just don't. On the contrary, they can be extremely dangerous for skin and organs. All of this either requires hardwork and will power to set out your priorities right. Nothing comes easy in life!!

Start with a plain soup diet for a week and then follow my point guide. These are some points which will help you in losing weight soon and then maintaining it too. One more thing, its a continuous daily routine process.. its a lifestyle basically.

Drink a glass of warm water before breakfast. (I don't do it but it helps for sure)

Cut down your intake of oil. One tbspoon of oil contains more than 160 calories. Only use vegetable oil such as oil of corn, sunflower, olive or canola. Avoid Butter!! This also means avoiding junk food, all of them have hydrogenated oil which doesn't convert into energy that easily and gets stored in your body.

This is hard but you've to do it for sure. SAY NO TO CHIPS AND BISCUITS. Also avoid snacks which have hydrogenated vegetable oil. If you want something as a snack or dessert, try apples, citrus fruits or carrots. These keep you full and help you in losing weight, specially apples.

Eat more whole grain foods like chapatis and limited amount of rice(this means rice not more than twice in a week). Avoid bread, tandoors and naans. More Vegetables, lentils and some Chicken, all these are good for you. Avoid Mutton and Beef. You can surely enjoy potatoes no harm in it until and unless they are in small propotions and not fried.

This is very important. Drink a glass of water before eating your meal. DONOT DRINK A SINGLE DROP OF WATER AFTER THE MEAL FOR 20-30 MINS because it hinders your digestion process.

Eat all three meals but in small portions and propotions, again eat fruits in between as snacks. Don't hurry, enjoy your meal. If apples, cabbage or any food helps in losing weight, it doesn't mean you can eat bowls and bowls of it. Take a light dinner so it can digest easily and fat doesn't store in your body.

Reward yourself with a oily snack/chocolate or sweet dessert once in a week. Donot cross this limit.

Exercise if you can and be active.

Summary: Avoid(it means tata bye cya) to anything which has oil. Chicken, Eggs and milk will provide you good amount fat so no need of eating things which are filled with oil. Every extra 500 calories that you eat will increase your weight by one pound - equivalent to 3.5 tb.spoons of oil. Eat well, don't lessen your intake by leaps and bounds but make good choices.

You will get temptations but believe me if you set your priorities right then it wont get over you. Health and eating to live than living to eat is more important. If you follow this correctly, you will see the results and you will start enjoying it, today I like apples more than samosas/burgers. I am trying this from three months and by now I have already lost 20 pounds. My waist is now 4" down. *Grins*

Any related questions will be appreciated and I will try to answer all of them. Maybe some of our fears are brought on by your own experiences, by what someone has told you, by what you've read in the papers. Some fears are valid, like walking alone in a bad part of town at two o'clock in the morning. But once you learn to avoid that situation, you won't need to live in fear of it.

Fears, even the most basic ones, can totally destroy our ambitions. Fear can destroy fortunes. Fear can destroy relationships. Fear, if left unchecked, can destroy our lives. Fear is one of the many enemies lurking inside us.

Let me tell you about five of the other enemies we face from within. The first enemy that you've got to destroy before it destroys you is indifference. What a tragic disease this is. "Ho-hum, let it slide. I'll just drift along." Here's one problem with drifting: you can't drift your way to the top of the mountain.

The second enemy we face is indecision. Indecision is the thief of opportunity and enterprise. It will steal your chances for a better future. Take a sword to this enemy.

The third enemy inside is doubt. Sure, there's room for healthy skepticism. You can't believe everything. But you also can't let doubt take over. Many people doubt the past, doubt the future, doubt each other, doubt the government, doubt the possibilities and doubt the opportunities. Worse of all, they doubt themselves. I'm telling you, doubt will destroy your life and your chances of success. It will empty both your bank account and your heart. Doubt is an enemy. Go after it. Get rid of it.

The fourth enemy within is worry. We've all got to worry some. Just don't let it conquer you. Instead, let it alarm you. Worry can be useful. If you step off the curb in New York City and a taxi is coming, you've got to worry. But you can't let worry loose like a mad dog that drives you into a small corner. Here's what you've got to do with your worries: drive them into a small corner. Whatever is out to get you, you've got to get it. Whatever is pushing on you, you've got to push back.

The fifth interior enemy is over-caution. It is the timid approach to life. Timidity is not a virtue (unlike humility – they are different); in fact, it can be an illness. If you let it go, it'll conquer you. Timid people don't get promoted. Some people come across with this emotion in some stages/phases/moments in their life, for other's it is a lifetime ordeal. Ordeal.. is it a ordeal?! Most people will think its natural to be jealous, even a two-year old feels jealous -stated in a recent study- then whats the big deal. Let me tell you why it is an ordeal. First of all, there is a big difference in thinking patterns of a baby and an adult because of the growth of their mind. Jealousy is a torture for your ownself. The other person won't get any harm from it. It is you who will suffer. When you are jealous of somebody, this means you are lacking something either tangible or intangible. You think that why you don't have it or maybe I can't do it. It just lowers your own self-esteem, cultivate anger and negative emotions which can be a reason for depression in future. It is like self-mutation.. hurting your ownself. So if you love yourself then next time when you feel jealous just think about the positive elements of your life and the blessings which make you lucky, irrespective of whether other person has it or no. Its about you and only you, one should not compare himself with others in a negative way because every individual is different and their whole background is different. If you like some trait in others, try hard to attain it or else just don't feel envy for him/her.

"The strongest man is he who can fight against himself"
-Hazrat Ali

The Cold Within

Six humans trapped by happenstance, in bleack and bitter cold,
Each one possessed a stick of wood, or so the story's told.

Their dying fire in need of logs, the first man held his back,
For the faces 'round the fire, he noticed one was black.

The next man looking 'cross the way saw one not of his church,
And couldn't bring himself to give the fire his stick of birch.

The third one sat in tattered clothes; he gave his coat a hitch,
Why should his log be put to use to warm the idle rich.

The rich man just sat back and thought of the wealth he had in store,
And how to keep what he had earned from the lazy, shiftless poor.

The black man's face bespoke revenge as the fire passed from sight,
For all he saw in his stick of wood was a chance to spite the white.

The last man of this forlorn group did naught except for gain,
Giving only to those who gave was how he played the game.

Their logs held tight in death's still hand was proof of human sin,
They didn't die from the cold without-they died from the cold within.
-unknown

....truely inspiring poem, had enuff substance to captivate me. Analyse the situation carefully and determine if you acted unwisely. Admit all your mistakes openly and honestly, telling the whole truth and admitting your ineptness.

2. Utilize the scientific-objective approach to mean or unkind things said about you, asking yourself: Is it true or false? Who said it? Is this opinion of any value? Is he a prejudiced or honest critic?

3. Apply cool scientific scruntiny to any epithets and against you, tkaing them apart in a detailed examination to see if they apply. If they do, correct yourself. If they don't, forget it.

4. Keep on esteeming people even when they act badly toward you.

5. Ask another dispassionate question. Did this person have right to take the action he did? If so, accept it in good faith.

6. Seek the counsel and guidance of thoughtful friends and practice all the cool reason and common sense of which you are capable. Hard as it may be, you must think; you must use reason, not emotion. Any turmaoil will ultimately settle down if you do that. And you will get answers that answer.

7. Ask yourself, "Am I enjoying my misery?" Cast off all self-pity.

8. Try loving everyone involved and pray for them, hard as they may be. Loving doesn't mean sentimentality but rather a rational esteem for them as persons.

9. Put the problem in God's hands, let go and let God take it over. He will bring it out better than you think.

To sum it up: Be optimistic, rational and insenstive to emotions. Have Faith in God!!

Voices at World Social Forum

World Social Forum 2006 was held at Karachi from 24 - 29 March. It was a great learning experience and I got chance to interact with thinkers from various cultures and nations. The cultural committee there had a great idea of erecting a wall and people from all over the world who visited WSF wrote small inspirational messages on the tiles which were then pasted on the wall. H.O.P.E. also played its part by giving messages with the blog's url. I have selected some of these blocks from walls on the basis of their content and creativity. Yes we have become impatient even to listen a simple word like patience. All we think, finally becomes our action so it won't be wrong to say that we have so much anger stuck in our mind that it only gets its way out through our actions and unfortunately there is no end of stock here.

We stubborn souls will not agree, still there is always room of improvement. Scientific studies have proved that Anger has a direct negative impact on our health, and can be a root cause for many diseases including the cardiac ones. To make you realize the harm that you are causing yourself by being angry is a very difficult task but lets see the body chemistry which might highlight such facts that can scare hell out of you. The tears out of happiness, sadness and anger all have different chemicals. When you cry out of anger, you can see the most harmful chemical formation in the fluid. Similarly, when you are angry you exhale poisonous breath. This doesn't mean you are only excreting the toxics, you are also developing them inside your body. These are the alarming signs which shows the injustice that you are doing to yourself.

If you are wise enough, then you should have already understood the hazards but now the next problem in question is how to refrain oneself from anger? And the magic spell to the freedom is '6 seconds'. It is as easy as it sounds because it only requires practice. The practice of shifting your concerntration for 6 seconds from object of hate to the object of love. Six seconds of silence is all we need. Next time whenever you feel angry shift your focus from that person or thought and think about something you love, think about God, think about nature or simply see the positive aspects of the person in question. You will see the results as after those initial six seconds, your anger automatically starts to drop its intensity. One step at a time and you will eradicate this bad habit of yours with blessings of God. Both life and relationships are precious, so try to treasure them.

-Raheel Lakhani

For More Info:
http://www.6seconds.org

Emotions and Vibes do matter!!

Ever thought why is it important to be positive and healthy spiritually? Do you want a proof about its effectiveness? Then the miracle is about to invade your browser to help your curiosity. Miracle explained by a miracle.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, a japanese researcher did an experiment on water which has brought a new consciousness about how we should think and react. He took two jars of water. He used to say nice things as "Thank You" and "I love you" to one jar, "Hate you" and "You make sick!" to another. After few days when he froze the water samples and took photographic images of it by a use of state of the art microscope. A miraculous result came.. the water addressed with positive thoughts had beautiful crystal formation, and yes you guessed it right, the other had a distorted formation. If you don't believe then I must say that you are only seeing the pictures and text, I feel honored to see a documentry of this whole experiment in a workshop. It was an amazing experience. The same experiment was done on uncooked rice too and it worked but procedure was little different.

Back to our main topic, how does it affect our health and environment. We all know that half of the earth is filled with water and our body also consists of 75% water. If we think negative and then transcend this emotions to earth and people living in it, you can't even imagine that how big is the damage that we are causing to our mother nature and human brothers/sisters. I know no one which want distortion in real in your own self and in your own water sample. It's time to change. I know its tough. It also has been the same for me. But in the next post we will discuss about how to go about this change. So stay tuned because friday is not that far.

Till then be happy and positive!!

__________________________

Following is an extract from, http://www.whatthebleep.com/crystals/

You Make Me Sick

What has put Dr. Emoto at the forefront of the study of water is his proof that thoughts and feelings affect physical reality. By producing different focused intentions through written and spoken words and music and literally presenting it to the same water samples, the water appears to "change its expression".

Love and Gratitude

Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.

The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health.

Pray-n-Pay

I thought the best way to start this blog will be by an article written on prayers so here it is.

We all want to have satisfaction and peace in our lives. We all want God to answer our prayers. We all want to be loved and respected by others and in due course we also enjoy our share. But have we ever expressed our gratitude to these people? Have we ever offered them something in return? The best thing to offer to those who have brought even the slightest joy in your life is your sincere Prayers for them.

We, selfish beings always pray for ourselves. We ask better things for us and we can't even tolerate a glimpse of anybody else's progress. In actuality, it should be the other way round. Try this once.. just once, spare a prayer for others and for humanity too while praying for yourself and I bet you, your prayers will be answered soon and the amount of happiness, satisfaction and virtue that you'll obtain from it is unmatchable to any other joy of the world. So the next time when you are conversing with my and yours dear God, do remember me and others in your prayers.

Help Us In Spreading The Message!

It would be highly appreciative, if you can use any of these images on your website to link us back:

If you have already pasted this button on your blog then Thank you but please Update the link to http://upsizethehope.blogspot.com

Thanks
